Dressing with Dignity
is a wonderful book authored by Colleen Hammond. It contains many reasons, several of them backed historically, why women need to be aware of the way they dress and how it affects those around us.
Colleen does a great job of making this a very positive book and you walk away from it feeling good about being a woman….and dressing like one!
I know young ladies who have read this book and it has changed their whole outlook and thus their wardrobe.

Thank you, Leane! Since I wrote the book specifically for young ladies, it warms my heart to read your review. THANK YOU!
Colleen, I am the editor of Regina Magazine — a new e-magazine on Catholic culture and lifestyle.You can see us here: http://www.reginamag.com and on Facebook at http://www.fb.com/reginamagazine.
I am looking for someone to write about veiling in Mass. Would you be interested? If so, send me an email at Editor.Regina@gmail.com.
Thanks
Bev De Soto
I’d love to, Bev!
Great! If you have a look at what we write about in our Style section, you will see that we are aimed at a Catholic audience, not necessarily ‘trad’ but generally concerned with beauty.Think catholic ‘Vogue’ before it got so feminist and skanky.
I envision an article with LOTS of beautiful photos of veiled women at Mass — old photos and new ones, to make the point of continuity. The word count should be under 400, but captions to photos are key. I need this by Sept 15 for the Oct issue.
I cannot pay you — we are brand new, 5 months old and almost at 2000 subscribers — but can give you lots of airplay on our FB page, which reaches 40,000 people a week…
let me know?
