As Christmas draws nigh and the Angels are Waiting
We are, too, for the Joy of Celebrating
We thank God for all that He’s given to us
Let’s take time for Him from our daily fuss.

In a world gone astray, we don’t give up hope
He is our Light as in the Darkness we Grope
He will help us this next coming Year
To face what He sends without Dread or Fear.

May 2014 be a special year for us all
Let’s ask the Christ Child to Listen to His Call
To quiet our hearts, be a Light to our Own
Spread it around for His Glory to be Shown

As we go through the holidays, our tasks never done
Let’s remember to make our Hubbies Number One
Don’t dwell on his faults, negative thoughts you must shun,
When you point fingers, back at you is more than one. 🙂

This Christmas let’s pray that He will impart
Peace and Courage and Openness of Heart
May He who laid in the Manger so Bare
Help us to grow in His Love and His Care

We will make the world a much better place
By praying and relying on His Holy Grace
To make our families the priority in our life
And working each day on being a better wife.
