This week is going to be a photo week! I am going to post David and Margy’s wedding photos, hopefully soon.
Here are photos from before the wedding ceremony and the pictures of a “We Love Our Country” Rosary Rally we held in Topeka, KS.

- Thursday evening found the girls gathered in my room ironing the wedding dress.

- It was quite wrinkled and we tried steaming it with the hot shower in the bathroom. Didn’t work.

- So…Maria, the seamstress, comes to the rescue and dares to put an iron to it!

- Agnes’ First Communion was the day after the wedding.

Anne Marie is so cute in that 4th of July outfit! How many of your daughters and daughters in law are still expecting?
They’ve all had their babies! The last one was in June.

Lovely! But now I’m dying to ask, did David and Margy purposefully choose not to do the usual “don’t see the bride till the ceremony”?

Either way, I think it’s probably a sign of their loving relationship! Many brides might be nervous having their groom around when getting their hair done. Then again, your family has had so many weddings 🥰😆
Yes, it was on purpose. It was a late wedding… Didn’t start until 2:00 PM. I’m sure they wanted to spend their special day together as much as possible. He didn’t see her in her wedding dress, of course. 😊😊
The other kids did the same.
That makes sense, especially as you said, with an afternoon wedding!
