Today, I’d like to offer you a Spring Giveaway!!
The winner will receive this lovely, fully lined Apron made by Gin!
Aprons tell a beautiful story…..a story of love and sacrifice….of baking bread and mopping floors, of planting seeds and household chores. Sadly, many women have tossed the aprons aside and donned their business attire. Wear your apron with joy….it is a symbol of Femininity….”Finer” Femininity! 🌺 💗
Just leave a comment here, and your name will be added! It is always great to hear from you. 🙂
I will announce the winner next Wednesday, June 3rd!

“Mothers, as far as possible, be at home with your children. As you nourished your child before he was capable of eating solid food, so in the early formative years, nature has determined that you must nourish your child in virtue.”
-Fr. Lawrence G. Lovasik. The Catholic Family Handbook

Painting by Trent Gudmundsen,

The rosary, scapulars, formal prayers and blessings, holy water, incense, altar candles. . . . The sacramentals of the Holy Catholic Church express the supreme beauty and goodness of Almighty God. The words and language of the blessings are beautiful; the form and art of statues and pictures inspire the best in us. The sacramentals of themselves do not save souls, but they are the means for securing heavenly help for those who use them properly. A sacramental is anything set apart or blessed by the Church to excite good thoughts and to help devotion, and thus secure grace and take away venial sin or the temporal punishment due to sin. This beautiful compendium of Catholic sacramentals contains more than 60,000 words and over 50 full color illustrations that make the time-tested sacramental traditions of the Church – many of which have been forgotten since Vatican II – readily available to every believer.
“The more things change, the more they stay the same.” Published 80 years ago, this Catholic classic focuses on the Christian family and uses as its foundation the1929 encyclical “On Christian Education of Youth” coupled with the “sense of Faith.” Addressing family topics and issues that remain as timely now as they were when the guide was first published, “The Christian Home” succinctly offers sound priestly reminders and advice in six major areas…

“God the Father made an assemblage of all the waters and named it sea (mare). He made an assemblage of all His graces and he called it Mary (Maria) – St. Louis Marie deMontfort.
This apron is an assemblage worthy of Our Mother Mary. Beautiful and masterfully assembled.
Wearing an apron always reminds me of my grandmother and great grandmothers. An apron is really an embrace of love that reminds you of your roots 💕

An apron give-away ????? Count me in please !!!
such beauty your aprons, I can imagine the joy just by wearing it! They make me think of the tv show Leave it to Beaver 😂 Love your posts!
My daughter, Mallory, was born in the wrong era. She is beauty, brains, and grace. She effortlessly makes beautiful cakes for our special occasions, paints inspiring art, and is naturally neat. In essence, she is the epitome of a lovely lady. She has manners of a by-gone era and is humble and mothering to all. She is studying to be a teacher, and her students will be blessed by her. Because of her quiet, humble nature she is often overlooked. She never asks for anything from us and never has. She is so deserving of the apron and has always admired the old school ones.
Your blog is such an inspiration to me as a wife and mother. I’ve purchased many of your suggestions on books and have enjoyed reading them all. I wish I would have your blog years ago. Thank you may God bless you and your family ❤💙💚
What a lovely apron to win. Thank you for this great giveaway. God Bless.

I am very blessed by all of your posts. They are both beautiful and inspiring. They help me to try to be a better wife and mother. I also love the apron. I don’t have anything pretty like that. Thank you for the opportunity to win the apron and for your beautiful website with the messages you send. We need more of what you have to share.❤
Oh my goodness, that apron has my name written all over it!
Looks nice. I’m very happy with the aprons I purchased this past Christmas.
Would love this apron. I left the workforce to focus on my family. Things are tight, but we don’t regret that decision. I am now learning to bake my own bread and making more homemade meals. Spending lots of time in the kitchen and enjoy it very much.
It’s funny how a simple piece of fabric can evoke such strong feelings. 🙂
Love this apron so much. Gin is incredibly talented. God bless your beautiful family
I’d like to enter to win the apron.
Love this and love the inspirational tidbits!!!
Oh wow, this one in particular is wonderful! My first little one had such stubborn double cowlicks that his hair left me no other choice but to nickname him my little rooster.
I love the chicken apron! Chickens are my favorite. Gin is so talented.
Beautiful
I love your aprons! The apron I purchased from you with Our Lady of Guadalupe means so much to me…my husband gifted it to me for Christmas, and it symbolizes my femininity, my vocation as wife and mother, and my long-awaited transition to being a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom! Thank you for crafting such beautiful aprons and for bringing light into the world through your blog and FB page! God bless!
Beautiful apron!
What a beautiful apron! I just transitioned back to being a full time SAHM and I love it! I have only one apron I wear and my children always tell me how beautiful I look in it, haha! Would love another one!
Beautiful, as is all your aprons! God bless you and your family!
I have recently come across your site and I have found it very inspiring.Thank you! I have never come across aprons as feminine or as beautiful as the ones your daughter makes. I am glad to have the opportunity to win one!
Hello,
I’m a new follower. I’m SO happy to have found your website. It’s a breath of fresh air amid a world hostile against femininity. Unfortunately, I grew up with a watered down Catholicism in a very liberal state coupled with liberal media and an atmosphere that is so anti-Mary, and had very little Marian like role models to look up to. At 44 years of age, I am still learning and seeking God’s design for the role of a woman, and my vocation as a Catholic wife and mother. By the grace of God truths are slowly unraveling of what that role should look like and undoubtedly the Holy Spirit led me to finding your blog, as a source for help. Deo gratias! Thanks be to God we have our beautiful Blessed Mother – the very definition of femininity – to look up to and imitate, too!
PS Thank you also for the opportunity to win this beautiful apron. We moved to the country over 3 years ago after living suburban most of our lives, and now own 17 chickens! We are loving it!
I am so happy to read your comment as I feel just the same as you🙂 unfortunately I am not as articulate as you and I am glad you were able to put into words the very things I feel but cannot seem to express good luck😃
That is a beautiful apron! I would be grateful if I won it.
What a beautiful apron😃 I love the colors I would love to win it😃
I love your daily inspirations. I also love this apron with the chickens. We have a few. Only 10 , still babies as we had to get rid of ours while Lexi spent most of 2 years in hospital. She is doing great so trying again
Garden in and chicks growing.
Such a cute apron! It looks vintage! Y’all are so gifted. Thanks for doing the giveaway. 😊
This apron is darling! I can picture myself kneading dough in it.
This apron is so pretty!
Hi!! It’s my first time leaving a comment here. I’ve been reading your blog for a while and have learned many things from you! In fact your website has been one of the catalysts in my conversion to traditional Catholicism. I was already reading the book Fascinating Womanhood, but I still didn’t have a solid religious footing at the time, and finding this site has helped me so much in my road to salvation and deepening my femininity with Mother Mary as our guide and model. Thank you so much for helping us out to be traditional, feminine Catholic women in this world!!
